Pre-Treatment Guidelines:
  • Avoid topical retinols, Vitamin C, AHA's, BHA's for 7 days prior.
  • Avoid shaving or exfoliating the area of treatment the day of treatment.
  • Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (aspirin, ibuprofen, turmeric, fish oil) for 3 days prior.
Post-Procedure Instructions:
  • Cleanse with gentle cleanser.
  • Keep skin hydrated with Hyaluronic Acid and post-care healing moisturizer.
  • Keep skin protected from sun exposure with a mineral sunscreen.
  • Avoid excessive sweating, gym, and sauna for at least 48 hours.
  • Avoid retinols, Vitamin C, AHA's, BHA's for 7 days.
  • Avoid anti-inflammatory medications (aspirin, ibuprofen, turmeric, fish oil) for up to 5 days.
